what happened to customer service?

How can you tell if your favorite Marketer even knows that he is lacking in customer service? Sure they dutifully send out their newsletter, JV Offer and latest product must-have, but do they treat you as if you had walked into their store? That is what effectively you are doing when you visit a website, window-shop then decide to purchase. Have you had a follow up email from your Marketer when you purchased a product from them? Or has it been the endless offer of back end products and a silent black hole when you need some customer service, ie having trouble with the product?

What if you haven’t bought anything from a particular Marketer yet, however all things are pointing towards him being VERY reputable and savvy with the latest technology and buzz words? Do what I do - test them out!It takes but a minute, if you have a question that you have been searching the web for answers to, give it to him/her. You will be surprised that most of the big name Marketers and the loudest ones who trumpet their monthly incomes, are the Silents Ones. Yep, these are the big surprise - remember we are their bread and butter but you wouldn’t think after you get endless lovely little helpful emails from the ones who are successful they just don’t brag about it. There was one exception to this rule, and that is Latif from googlesnatch

He has gone above and beyond for his customers promoting his product.  No one I know has gone to the extreme lengths he has to ensure that his affiliates get all the tools they need to promote his product properly and to earn money effortlessly.

Hesitation is a good thing.

He who hesitates has the last laugh… Yes but what if sometimes I just want to run ahead and DO IT, even though I have a vague idea of what I need to do, and running ahead if going to be the wrong idea, you just know it.  For instance I wanted to make some changes to this blog, I have been stuffing around with themes, and plugins etc and now as of writing I have lost my home page.

On a good note however, whilst in my travels of all good things Word Press, I found another couple of sites that are full of useful information and really helpful people doing a lot of that link-love and just generally giving out gold mines of information.  That’s got me thinking…. What if some one new to this internet marketing ‘let’s make heaps of money online’ bandwagon did not know where the real Gems are?

Back to the hesitation is a good thing.  Sometimes I just have to have this product, that eBook or this system,  however I do some wicked and thorough research before I pull out my credit card!  Who is that marketer or ‘guru’ and why should I believe him?  If I see another printscreen of huge clickbank amounts  or over-the-top cheques I will hurl!

jacjorjac is here at last!

I have to make this my first post, as I am riding high at the moment. For anyone that has tried and given up with something, sleep on it. Truly, it makes a huge difference to your capacity for thinking straight! I was a bees willy away from un-installing this wordpress thing as of last night. I wanted to make my Blog URL www.jacjorjac.net - and my word press site URL something else. Pretty simple according to the instructions. Have you ever brought home a flat pack of Ready To Assemble shelving for instance, and thought how hard can it be? You end up looking at the instructions turning it this way and that way - thinking “how hard can it be?” In the light of the morning, I found the most obvious thing - yes I actually touched my phpMyAdmin - a scary place for the uninitiated like me. However I DID IT, and I am so proud of myself I was running up and down the hallway whooping and punching the air! I don’t care, I learnt a massive amount by trial and lots of errors but I DID IT! Yeah!
